Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We will refund you the full amount or provide free of cost replacement of the product within Seven (7) days after the product has been delivered, in case you have;

  1. changed your mind to buy the item(s) you have ordered or;
  2. received item(s) in poor, damaged or mutilated condition or;
  3. received an item(s) that is different from the item(s) that you have ordered with us;

Return

To exchange the product, first you need to notify us by mail on care@yogfashion.com with the following details:

  1. Order Number (written on the parcel)
  2. Tracking Number (written on the parcel)
  3. Mobile Number which you have entered while create the order OR given in the WhatsApp.
  4. The real image of the full product. (not the image of parcel).

Please note that, the customer has to pay the shipping charge of both side. Returning a product without email notice and without approval from us will not qualify for a exchange. And the customer’s request will be automatically rejected.

Customer can exchange products in below specific reasons:

  • If wrong product is delivered to you.
  • If damage product is delivered to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

The following points are apply to the policies:

  • Customer needs to inform to our team within 24 hours from the date on which the product is delivered to you in case of any exchange/return.
  • We will not accept any exchange/refund for custom made/stitched clothing, including readymade stitched sarees or sarees stitched with custom blouse.
  • The customer needs to self-ship the product so kindly pack the product securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For this, you can send the parcel through the speed post by the Indian Post Courier Service.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
